These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeFlow, a UK property transaction tracking platform for estate agents, buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account using your email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any firm you represent.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Buyers and sellers may use HomeFlow free of charge when added to a case. Professional users (estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers) require a paid monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial months are not pro-rated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use HomeFlow for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Use HomeFlow to send unsolicited communications.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the case information, messages and documents you upload. You grant HomeFlow a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the service. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Disclaimer
HomeFlow is a tracking and collaboration tool. It does not provide legal, financial or mortgage advice. Professional users remain fully responsible for their regulated work, client care and record-keeping. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeFlow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
